GAC approves National Learning acquisition of Al Salam Education and Training

National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) received the General Authority for Competition’s (GAC) approval to fully acquire Al Salam Education and Training Co.

In July, NCLE signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with the shareholders of Al Salam Education to buy their entire shares in Al-Khobar-based Al-Salam Private Schools for SAR 72 million, Argaam earlier reported. 

Al-Salam Education is a limited liability company, whose core activity is the management and operation of private schools for boys and girls (pre-school, primary, intermediate, and secondary education). It owns and operates Al-Salam Private Schools complex, which has approximately 1,500 students in the academic year 2021/2022.
