SACO names Sameer Baeisa as Vice-Chairman

Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) board of directors announced on Dec. 1, 2022, the appointment of board member, Faisal Abdullah Al-Fohaid, for the board term that will end on July 19, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al-Fohaid holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University and has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, management, strategies, and digital transformation and industry. He is currently Chief Information Technology Officer at Alkhorayef Group.

 

The appointment will be subject to the approval of the company’s upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
