Riyadh Mayor directs municipality heads to meet with citizens on weekly basis

Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of the Riyadh Region, directed all heads of municipalities in the region to meet with citizens weekly and listen to their grievances. 

 

The directive includes setting Mondays from 10 am to 12 pm for each head of municipality to meet with citizens, with the aim of more effective communication between officials and citizens, receiving and studying their proposals, rectifying grievances and finding solutions to challenges facing them. 

 

This comes within the framework of the Riyadh Mayor's keenness to provide the best services to citizens and residents, according to a tweet posted by Riyadh Municipality.
