CMA green lights public offering of VCP Murabaha Fund

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved today, Dec. 8, the public offer, by Value Capital Partners Company, of VCP Murabaha Fund, it said in a statement.

Investors should carefully read the terms and conditions which include detailed information on the fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to be able to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks, CMA said.

The regulator added that its approval should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the fund, as it merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations have been met.
