GASCO reappoints Abdulaziz Al-Khayyal as Chairman, Ali Al-Saflan as Vice Chairman

National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) reappointed Abdulaziz Fahad Al-Khayyal as Chairman and Ali Mohammed Al-Saflan as Vice Chairman, following the board of directors’ decision on Dec. 11. 

The board also decided to form the executive committee, with Abdulaziz Al-Khayyal, Ali Al-Saflan, Mohammed Al Kathiri, and Abdulrahman Sulaiman as members. 

In addition, the board approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee, investment committee, and risk management committee.

The board voted for the following member to form an audit committee: Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mohsen, Raed Abdullah Al Tamimi, Fahad Yousef Al Khamis (external member), and, Mousa Abdullah Al Mousa (external member).

Shareholders elected board members for the new three-year term starting Nov. 29, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 10, the statement said.
