Bahri signs MoU with Ajlan & Bros to set up JV to own, operate vessels

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) signed today, Dec. 12, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ajlan & Bros Holding Group to discuss ways of partnering to establish a new joint venture company that will specialize in owning and operating various models of vessels, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The MoU will have a term of six months, starting from the signing date, which can be extended, it added.

 

The related financial impact cannot be currently determined, the statement said, noting there are no related parties.
