Al Sagr Insurance to appoint audit committee chairman, members

Al Sagr Insurance Co.’s board of directors announced on Dec. 12 the decision to appoint the audit committee chairman and members, until the end of the current term on Oct. 26, 2023.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company indicated that the appointments are subject to the shareholders’ approval in the next general assembly meeting.
