Future Care shareholders to vote on amending Articles of Association on Jan. 5

Future Care Trading Co. shareholders will vote on amending some of the Articles of Association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for Jan. 5, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The articles (15), (29), (31) and (32) are related to the company’s work, convocation, quorum of ordinary general meeting and quorum for EGM. 

 

The e-voting will start on Jan 2, 2023.
