Amlak shareholders approve amending some articles of association

Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co.’s shareholders approved amending the articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 14, the company said in a statement on Tadawul. 

 

They approved amending several Articles of Association, including Articles 2 and 3 on the company’s name and purposes. 

 

They also approved amending Article 1 related to incorporation and Article 13 related to the company’s purchase, sale, and mortgage of its shares. 

 

In addition, amendments were approved to Article 10 related to loans, bonds, debt instruments and financing instruments, and Article 46 - paragraph 3 related to profits distribution.
