Al Naqool names Chairman, Vice-Chairman

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co.’s board of directors appointed, on Dec. 15, Majed Al-Subaie as Chairman of the board, Mohammed Al-Mutairi as Vice-Chairman and Turki Al-Subaie as Managing Director, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nomination committee chaired by Mohammed Al-Mutairi, with Mutlaq Al-Subaie and Nayef Al-Subaie as members.

Board members also endorsed the formation of the risk management committee to be chaired by Mohammed Al-Mutairi with Majed Al-Subaie, and Mubarak Al-Subaie as members.

In addition, the company representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were nominated and a Secretary to the board was designated.
