King Salman Park Foundation names George Tanasijevich as CEO

King Salman Park Foundation's board of directors, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, decided to appoint George Tanasijevich as CEO, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

 

Tanasijevich has experience of more than 20 years in real estate development, financial management, legal affairs and recreational facilities development.

 

He served in several executive positions, including Managing Director of Marina Bay Sands resort and Sands SkyPark in Singapore. He was also Managing Director of Global Development for Las Vegas Sands Corp (LVS), as well as Senior Vice President Equity Markets at CapitaLand Ltd.

 

In addition, Tanasijevich was President of General Growth Properties Inc., and member of the US-Japan Business Council, Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and Singapore Hotel Association.

 

In May, King Salman Park announced the start of construction on the Royal Art Complex, over a total area exceeding 500,000 square meters (sqm), Argaam earlier reported.

 

In March 2019, four projects were launched under the patronage of King Salman. These projects are King Salman Park, Sports Boulevard, Green Riyadh and Riyadh Art.

 

King Salman Park spreads over an area of more than 16 square kilometers and is characterized by its strategic location in Riyadh. It includes an array of residential, office, commercial, retail, recreational and hotel facilities.
