Academy of Learning sets up SAR 100,000 real estate investment subsidiary

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) announced completing the incorporation requirements for its real estate investment and development subsidiary, called Academy of Learning Investment Co., with Commercial Registration No. (2050165590) issued today, Dec. 18, in Dammam, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

An independent bank account will be opened in the name of the established company and the capital value will be deposited into this account, the company added.

 

The company's board of directors approved, on Sept. 19, the establishment of a 100%-owned limited liability, real estate investment and development company, with SAR 100,000 capital.

 

The new company, which will be headquartered in Riyadh, aims to establish an educational model and training branches for AOL, add additional income to the academy through investing in its competitive advantage and invest the academy's capital more effectively, it previously said in a Tadawul statement.
