HRSD ministry announces start of customer service jobs localization

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) announced starting the implementation of a decision to localize customer service jobs.
 

In a statement, the ministry added that the Kingdom will also start the second phase of a decision to localize legal professions, after the end of the grace period for implementing the decision.
 

According to the statement, the decision to localize customer service jobs by 100% includes the establishments that provide customer service as a main or supportive activity, or outsourcing this service to another party to serve customers through means of communication, including leadership and supervisory positions.
 

Meanwhile, the second stage of legal professions localization includes 70% of the total number of consulting professions in the establishment. This stage includes all law firms and legal advisory offices in the Kingdom.
 

The ministry will provide a package of incentives to support the private-sector establishments to help them employ Saudis. The package also includes support for the recruitment and search for suitable workers, support with the necessary training and qualification, as well as lending a helping hand in employment and job stability for Saudis.
