HRSD Ministry launches project management office

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) launched a project management office (PMO), it said in a statement today, Dec. 21.

 

The PMO aims to govern and improve management of the ministry’s capital projects. It also aims to enhance the quality of project implementation, in line with Vision 2030 objectives, as well as the best local ang global practices and standards.

 

The HRSD Ministry is the first government authority to establish a PMO, after developing a comprehensive and integrated strategy that targets transformation in project management.
