Mouwasat shareholders elect new board, appoint audit committee

Mouwasat Medical Services Co.'s shareholders approved electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 4, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 22. 

 

 

The new board includes Fahad Al-Shammari, Sami Al Abdulkarim, Mohammed Al-Subaie, Nassir Al-Subaei, Mohamed Al-Saleem, Khalid Al-Saleem, and Mohammed Al-Kathiri. 

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term, as well as determined tasks, work procedures, remuneration for its members, and their membership period.  

 

The audit committee includes Mohammed Al-Tiwajry, Sami Al Abdulkarim, and Mohammed Al-Kathiri. 

 

They also disapproved the participation of candidate, Aziz Al-Qahtani, in a competitive business due to his membership on the board of Al Hammadi Holding Co.
