Shareholders approved in August a three-year dividend policy (2022-2024), which aims to maintain a minimum cash dividend of SAR 3 a share, and to pay a cash dividend at SAR 1.5 per share minimum on a semi-annual basis over the three-year period. However, the dividend policy will remain subject to modification based on any major change in the company’s strategy, sharp price fluctuations, or any future obligations on the company.
