Gulf General appoints new audit committee member

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, Dec. 27, a non-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to appoint Abdulraouf bin Banaja as an audit committee member in place of  resigned member Jawdat Al-Halabi, effective Dec. 28, until the end of the current term on April 10, 2025, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

The appointment is pending the approval of the general assembly, the date of which will be announced later.
