Saudi Re shareholders to start e-voting on OGM agenda on Dec. 29

Saudi Reinsurance Co.’s shareholders will start on Dec. 29 the electronic voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated to be held on Jan. 2, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on electing two members of the board of directors, Argaam reported.
