Tadawul Group shareholders elect board members

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.'s (Tadawul Group) shareholders approved electing board members for the next three-year term ending Jan. 1, 2026, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 28, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The elected members are Sarah Al-Suhaimi, Yazeed Al-Humied, Khalid Al-Hussan, Rania Nashar, Sabti Al-Sabti, Mark Makepeace, Hashem Al-Hekail, Xavier Rolet and Sultan Al-Deghaither.

 

Shareholders also approved forming the audit committee and determining the duties of its members, as well as setting their remuneration for the three-year term ending Jan. 1, 2026.

 

Board members were mandated with the OGM powers as per Article 71 of the Companies Law.
