Rawasi Albina appoints two board members

Rawasi Albina Investment Co. announced the appointment of Marzouq Mutaib Mutlaq Al-Otaibi and Abdulaziz Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Faqih as independent board members, effective Jan. 2, 2023, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

The appointments are pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

Al-Otaibi has experience in technology and management with several companies. He holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in security sciences from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS).

 

Al-Faqih has 30 years of experience in managing development for several companies, specialized in business administration. He was a chairman advisor in stc.
