Mouwasat reappoints Mohammed Al-Subaie as Chairman, Mohammed Al-Saleem MD

Mouwasat Medical Services Co.’s board of directors reappointed Mohammed Al-Subaie as Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Nasser Al-Subaie was reappointed Vice Chairman.  

 

Mohammed Al-Saleem was also reappointed as Managing Director and Khalid Al-Saleem was named Deputy Managing Director. 

 

Yusuf Sulaiman was named as Secretary of the board of directors.  

 

The executive as well as nomination and remuneration committees were also formed. In addition, the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were designated, the statement added.
