Hadaf supported employment of 400,000 Saudis in private sector in 2022

The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) supported the employment of 400,000 Saudis in the private sector in 2022, through its programs and initiatives, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The fund's Director General Turki Al-Jawini stated that more than 1.49 million beneficiaries benefitted from the training, empowerment and guidance programs and services provided by Hadaf last year.

 

In 2022, the total amount spent on training and empowerment support programs reached SAR 6 billion.

 

The number of establishments that benefited from the fund's services during the same year exceeded 138,000 across various sectors of the labor market and different areas in the Kingdom, he added.

 

Hadaf also works in accordance with an effective partnership with various government and private sectors to support and enable citizens to have job opportunities in the labor market, said Al-Jawini.

 

He indicated that the fund witnessed many transformations in 2022, driven by the wise leadership's keenness to invest in human capital.
