The Saudi Cabinet approved today, Jan. 17, in a session chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the rebranding of the Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) to the General Authority for Food Security, and endorsed its draft organizational arrangements.

 

The Cabinet also agreed that the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture be Chairman of the Saudi Water Partnership Co. for another term, starting from Jan. 10, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The Cabinet also authorized the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services - or his deputy - to discuss and sign with the Korean side two draft memoranda of understanding for cooperation in the fields of the future of transport and innovation in the transport and logistics sector, as well as roads sector.
