GASCO shareholders approve audit committee for new 3-year term

National Gas and Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) shareholders approved, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), the formation of the audit committee and defined its tasks, rules of work and the remuneration of its members for the three-year term starting Jan. 28, 2023.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company stated that the elected members are Fahd Al-Khamis, Mousa Hamad Al-Mousa, Raeed Al-Tamimi, and Ahmed Almohsen.
