NEOM biggest real estate investment opportunity worldwide: CEO

NEOM is the world’s biggest opportunity to invest in the real estate sector, given its unique nature, CEO Nadhmi Al-Nasr told Elsharq TV.

The project currently employs 50,000 people, and is expected to peak within four years when the total number of workers will stand at 400,000.

NEOM shifted from designing to implementation phase, Al-Nasr said, adding this huge project requires work around-the-clock for several years.

The current implementation phase witnesses construction works in all sectors of the project, he said, concluding that this is the first phase of construction.
