Riyadh Municipality signs investment contracts with stc, Leejam, Alhokair Group

Riyadh Municipality signed four investment contracts on the last day of the Municipal Investment Forum (Furas), to strengthen partnership with the private sector in digital infrastructure, as well as enhance the quality of municipal services and regulate the food carts activity in the city.

 

The municipality sealed a 25-year contract with stc, to establish a database with the aim of boosting the digital infrastructure, as part of a comprehensive strategy to offer the latest services and technologies to the city.

 

Meanwhile, a 25-year contract was concluded with Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time), with the aim of providing services to neighborhoods, strengthening partnership with the private sector, and supporting its contribution to the development of the city.

 

The municipality also signed a five-year contract with Alhokair Group with the aim of regulating the food carts activity, as well as improving the quality of services provided in the city, in addition to creating 512 locations within the capital.

 

Alhokair Group holds a 31.50% stake in Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development, according to data available with Argaam.
