Edaa implements securities increase on SAIC

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) on the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Jan. 30.

 

On Jan. 25, shareholders of SAIC approved increasing the company’s capital by 20% by distributing one bonus share for every five shares held, Argaam reported.
