Sadara Chemical appoints new board member of parent company

Sadara Basic Services Co. announced today, Jan. 31, the resignation of Diego Donoso, a non-executive board member of its parent company, Sadara Chemical Co., due to his retirement from Dow Chemical Co.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the resignation was effective as of Jan. 16.

 

Moosa Al Moosa was appointed as a replacement on the same date.

 

Al Moosa is the Country President of Dow Saudi Arabia, and will take over as President of Dow Middle East and Turkey from April 1, 2023.

 

He served as the general manager for Dow, UAE branch, and the finance manager for India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey branches.
