Al-Omran Industrial says founder member Mohammed bin Omran dies

Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. said that one of the company’s founders and senior executives, Mohammed bin Omran, died on Feb. 1. 

 

He is the father of the board’s Vice-Chairman Nasser bin Omran, and Managing Director Abdul Rahman bin Omran, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Mohammed bin Omran owns a 10.76% stake in Al-Omran Industrial, according to the data available with Argaam.
