Value Capital Partners rebrands into Artal Capital

Value Capital Partners Co. announced the formal change of its name to Artal Capital Co., the Capital Market Authority (CMA) said in a statement today, Feb. 5. 

 

The rebranding comes in compliance with the Capital Market Law issued in July 2003, as per the Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its Executive Regulations.
