Al Hammadi pays full amount for land plot in Riyadh, obtains title deed

Al Hammadi Holding Co. completed the full payment of the land plot purchased in Narjes, north of King Salman Road in Riyadh, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The title deed of the land plot was transferred to the company, the statement added.

 

The financial impact is reflected in the increase of Al Hammadi’s non-current assets, the statement said.

 

Last March, Al Hammadi signed a contract to purchase a 19,202 square meter (sqm) land plot for SAR 115.6 million, excluding the real estate transaction tax and commission, to build a hospital, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The land is located in Narjes, north of King Salman Road in Riyadh.
