Wataniya Insurance says board member resigns

Wataniya Insurance Co. board of directors approved today, Feb. 12, the resignation of Bernd Aloys Kohn, non-executive board member, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, to be effective as of Feb. 15, was submitted due to the changes in Kohn's work scope, the statement added.
