Wafrah shareholders approve amending company objectives

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s shareholders approved amending Article 3 of the Bylaws related to the company’s objectives, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Feb. 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

After amendment, Article 3 stipulates that the company’s purposes include manufacturing industries, agriculture and forestry, transportation and storage, wholesale and retail trade, and real estate activities, Argaam earlier reported.

Wafrah’s purposes will be arranged according to the National Economic Activities Classification of the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities - Amendment IV (ISIC4)).
