ACWA Power names Raad Al-Saady as Vice Chairman, Managing Director

ACWA Power Co.’s board of directors relieved on Feb. 14 Suntharesan Padmanathan of his position as Vice Chairman at his request, provided that he continue as an executive board member.

 

Meanwhile, Raad Al-Saady was appointed as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board’s decisions are effective from Feb. 14 until the end of the current term on Jan. 4, 2025, the statement added.
