Al Alamiya’s Chairman resigns after appointment to CMA board

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co. announced that Chairman of the board of directors, Abdulaziz Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz bin Hassan, submitted his resignation, effective as of Feb. 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Bin Hassan was appointed as a board member at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), as per a royal decree.

 

Any relevant updates as regards the appointment of a new candidate will be duly revealed, the statement added.
