Dallah Healthcare names new board member

Dallah Healthcare Co. appointed Khalid bin Mohammed bin Hamad as a new board member for the current three-year term, ending on October 20, 2025, according to statement to Tadawul.

 

Bin Hamad holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University, and a diploma in economics and finance from the Economics Institute in the United States.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
