WAJA debuts on Nomu today as fourth listing of 2023

WAJA Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market today, March 8, under the symbol 9560 and ISIN Code: SA15P1D4LC16, at SAR 90/share.

 

Shares will trade with +/-30% and +/-10% daily and static price fluctuation limits, respectively.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Dec. 29, 2022, the application received from the company to float its shares on Nomu. 

 

WAJA offered 455,000 shares to qualified investors, representing 13% of its share capital, at SAR 90 per share. The initial public offering (IPO) was 132.1% covered. 

 

This is the fourth listing on Nomu in 2023. Nomu witnessed 13 direct listings and 18 offerings to qualified investors plus one REIT. 

 

WAJA listing will bring the total number of companies on Nomu to 49, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.

The company was established in 2013 under the name WAJA Limited Liability Co. In 2021, its capital was increased to SAR 35 million and converted into a closed joint-stock company. 

 

WAJA's current activities are represented in interior design, information technology (IT), advertising and communications, in addition to preparing and equipping sites, supplying furniture and furnishings, maintenance and operation.

 

The company is headquartered in Riyadh.
