KnowledgeNet to debut on Nomu on March 20

KnowledgeNet Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on March 20, with the symbol 9561and ISIN Code: SA15PGK4LCH5, Tadawul said in a statement.

 

The stock will have daily price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and static fluctuation limits of +/-10%.

 

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced, in a statement, the addition of subscribed shares of KnowledgeNet Co. today, March 16, into the center’s accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

The company announced earlier the successful completion of the offering, the book-building process and the IPO of 700,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of the total offering.

 

The coverage ratio stood at 141% at a price of SAR 40 per share, the price limit ceiling., according to Argaam's data.
