WAJA Co. signed, on Jan. 29, a contract with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sports for the implementation of interior decoration works at the ministry’s headquarters in Al Rafia District, at a total value of SAR 24.6 million (VAT inclusive).
In a Tadawul statement today, Match 19, WAJA noted that scope of the project, under the deal, entails the revamping of the headquarters, alongside carrying out architectural, mechanical and electrical works, as well as the supply and installation of furniture.
The agreement is valid for six months, starting from the date of receiving the site, the company indicated, noting there are no related parties.
The contract is seen to have a positive financial impact on WAJA’s revenues, it added.
According to Argaam’s data, the listing and trading of WAJA’s shares began on Nomu-Parallel Market on March 8.
