Nazaha investigates 251 defendants in criminal, administrative cases; arrests 142 others in Shaban

The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) launched investigations with 251 defendants in some administrative and criminal cases during Shaban 1444 AH.

 

In a tweet, Nazaha stated that it conducted 1,631 oversight visits, arresting 142 persons, including employees at the Ministries of Interior, Defence, National Guard, Foreign Affairs, Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Health, Education, Human Resources and Social Development, Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority on their involvement in bribery, power abuse, money laundering and forgery.
