SAIC receives SAR 15.5 mln dividend share from Deutsche Gulf for 2022

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) announced that the ordinary general meeting of its associate, Deutsche Gulf Finance Co., approved to distribute a cash dividend at SAR 0.85 per share for 2022.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SAIC pointed out that its share of the cash dividend is SAR 15.45 million.

 

According to data available with Argaam, SAIC owns 31.62% of Deutsche Gulf’s capital.
