The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MEDGULF) announced that it is unable to disclose its financial results for the year ended on Dec. 31, 2022, within the specified time, according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 30.
This is due to the necessity of additional reconciliations on some financial items, in order to provide extra assurance, optimal accuracy and fair presentation of the company's financial statements to all shareholders.
The financial statement for 2022 will be published once the audit process has been fully finalized in accordance with the supplementary terms provided by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the statement added.
Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to Saudi Cable’s shares, based on the listing rules approved by the CMA and Tadawul.
