Academy of Learning to pay H2 2022 cash dividend on April 16

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) will pay SAR 2 per share cash dividend to shareholders for H2 2022 starting from April 16, through the Securities Depository Center (Edaa), the company said in a bourse filing.

Eligibility will be to shareholders registered with Edaa by the end of the second trading day following the general assembly day.

Earlier this month, the company’s shareholders approved the board recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 20%, or SAR 2 a share, instead of SAR 1.5 a share, for H2 2022, according to data available on Argaam.
