SVCP shareholders authorize board to pay 2023 interim dividend

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP)'s shareholders authorized, during the ordinary general meeting on April 10, the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved other items on the agenda, the statement added.
