Watani Steel opens board membership nominations today

Watani Iron Steel Co. (Watani Steel) opened today, April 12, nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session starting July 2, 2023, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until May 12, 2023, the statement added.
