TADCO extends MoU with Support Warehouse by 2 months

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) announced the two-month extension of the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) earlier sealed with Support Warehouse Co. Ltd., according to a Tadawul statement today, April 12.

 

The extension is valid starting from the MoU’s expiry date, or as of April 13, the statement added.

 

“The MoU can be extended for additional periods based on the express written approval of both parties,” the company wrote.
