Knowledge Tower objection to 2018 Zakat assessment accepted

Knowledge Tower Trading Co. announced the end of dispute and the acceptance of its claim to object to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority’s (ZATCA) estimated Zakat assessment for 2018 at a value of SAR 348,420.

 

The dispute resolution decision was issued by the First Department for Income Tax Violations and Disputes in Dammam, as per Decision No. IZD-2023-153042, Case No. (Z-153042-2022).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the department decided unanimously to prove the end of dispute, indicating that its decision is final and enforceable, in compliance with the provisions of Article (42) of the applicable rules of the Tax Violations and Disputes Resolution Committees.
