Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s rights issue trading ended today, April 13, on the company’s capital increase to SAR 400 million from SAR 50 million. 

 

Rights issue trading and subscription to the new shares started on April 6, while the subscription period will expire on April 25.

 

Right holders may exercise their subscription right, in whole or in part, to the new shares in proportion to the rights existing in their portfolios.
