Units of Derayah REIT Fund have their ex-dividend for Q1 2023 today, April 16.

 

The fund manager had earlier announced a 1.12% cash dividend, or SAR 0.112 per unit, for Q1 2023.

 

The cash dividend will be paid to unitholders on May 21.
