REGA, RER ready for real estate registration in Al-Falah district

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and National Real Estate Registration Services Co. (RER) finalized the paperwork required for property registration in Al-Falah district, Riyadh starting May 7.

 

REGA’s Spokesperson said that all procedures required for embarking on real estate registration services in Al-Falah district were completed over the last period, the state-run SPA reported.

 

The real estate registry to be granted to all properties in Al-Falah district builds on the current electronic deeds issued for all government, agricultural, commercial and residential properties. The first registration of properties will be available for free via the real estate registry platform.
